xxxVII general assembly
The General Assembly was held in the Münchner Haus der Kulturinstitute in the Vortragssaal.
A new president was elected unanimously during this General Assembly: Susan Taylor from Canada who will be replacing Philip Attwood (UK) who gave a heartfelt speech and thank you note at the end of the meeting.
The treasurer, Ana Pereira (Portugal) gave a report of the financial situation as well as presented a graph showing the number of FIDEM members over the last 20 years. The auditor then presented his report.
The Secretray General gave her moral report and paid a tribute to FIDEM's former Honorary President, Lars O. Lagerqvist, who had passed away since the last congress in Florence in 2023.
